In our clinic, with the help of two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) transthoracic, transesophageal (TEE) and stress echocardiography, effort test, rhythm holtermonitorization, eventrecorder, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor, cardiac MR, CT angiography and nuclear cardiologic), It is possible to make any kind of examinations that can provide accurate and early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Endovascular treatment methods are applied to our angiography units for coronary angiography, coronary interventions (balloon, stent, FFR(fractional flow rezarvl) and peripheral vascular diseases (whole body vessels). Congenital heart diseases with ASD (atrial septal defekt), VSD (ventriloculer), PDA (patent ductusarteriozus) closure, and aortic coarctation with stent can be treated. In addition to balloon treatment of pulmonary artery stenosis, special operations such as mitral valve balloon valvuloplasty, TAVİ (transcatheter aortic valve closure), Mitraclip (mitral valve closure), and percutaneous closure of paravalvular leaks are performed with high success rates. Patient with dysrhythmia in the field of arrhythmia can undergo medical treatments including battery and device controls as well as pacemaker implantation, ICD ( intracardiac defibrillator) implantation and CRT (cardiac resynchronization therapy) applications. In addition to EPS (electrophysiological study), all kinds of diagnosis and treatment methods can be applied for rhythm disorders including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia with Radiofrequency and Cryoablative techniques when necessary.
